📦 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All packaging and product tags must be intact.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
  • Items damaged due to improper care or misuse.

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before completing your purchase.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

💡 Please note: The $4.99 shipping fee is non-refundable.

📬 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been packaged or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or changed.
