📦 Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are prepared and packaged within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed.

🚚 Delivery Time

Transit Time: Standard U.S. delivery takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Total Estimated Delivery: From order to doorstep — typically 5–7 business days.

Delays may occur during holidays, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions.

💲 Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate: $4.99 per order — applies to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Sales Tax: 0% on both products and shipping (in accordance with U.S. tax law).
  • No Hidden Fees: The price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay.

🌎 Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including remote areas.
However, we currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

📦 Carriers

We partner with trusted U.S. carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

The carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery location for the fastest results.

🔍 Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
You can use it to track your shipment’s progress in real time.

⚠️ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the product and packaging.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will incur a $4.99 reshipping fee.
